Felix Muyove is an Associate Advocate at Abdikadir &Abdikadir Company Advocates in the commercial and Corporate, Conveyancing and Real Estate group with his key practice areas and specialization being Banking & Finance, Commercial and Corporate Law and Conveyancing & Real Estate. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Post Graduate Diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law and is currently undertaking his studies towards qualifying as a Certified Public Secretary.

Felix has acted for companies involved in commercial and residential developments during the sale of the properties and engaged in negotiating the contracts between the companies and the various consultants’ contractors for various works in the project developments and Corporate Clients in the drawing and perfection of securities.

He has also advised local and international clients in securitizations, debt finance, project finance, real estate joint ventures commercial contracts, due diligence, mergers & acquisition, corporate restructuring and reorganizations from target sectors such as construction, financial services, and manufacturing and industries.
