Our firm recognizes the usefulness of Arbitration as an increasingly popular mode of resolving commercial disputes. One of our partners is an arbitrator (registered with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators).

We undertake work in arbitration including advising clients in all aspects of Arbitration,provisions of Arbitration Act, and representing clients before arbitrary tribunals. We also preside over arbitration (as arbitrator) as and when called upon in appropriate commercial transactions.

We have experience in the area, having handled arbitration involving entities such as government owned companies in the energy sector, a leading local authority, various building construction companies and disputes touching on consultancies, especially in the Building construction sector.
